Memo to Adobe: Why People Hate you

This is the attempt to get my CS3 working after Adobe deactivated it. I'm done with their Creative Suite products and this is a big reason why. It took two freakin' hours to get this far. The entire reason I chose support chat is because I followed all the directions at the help website and they proved ineffective. In what world does a company get to tell you can't use something you already own? There is no way in hell that I am paying $600 per year to have a version of what I already have owned for 10 years!!
